WHO I AM
Over the last 6 years (from 2010 to 2016), Paulo has been on a mission to activate and develop leadership potential in young people through team and cross-cultural experiences. Elected as President of AIESEC in Cote d’Ivoire, a global not-for-profit organization with more than 100,000 members established in 1948 over 124 countries and territories and over 1 billion alumni, he has led, managed, and coached different teams between the sizes of 5 -15 at local and national level of the organization. This has led him to speak, host, facilitate, and attend over 15+ conferences across 5+ countries.
He is a Transformational Coach - Content Creator & Adventure Savvy - Business Designer, and a World Explorer. His personal goal is to live authentically, joyfully, and intuitively. Paul is genuinely curious about human transformation, creative living, intuition, organization health, clarity and alignment, and business design. He is good at supporting others to ignite their inner selves, unleash their superpowers, and let them shine up to the world. He deeply believes that any person who is crystal clear on his core ideology and essence, investing in himself, and able to move with ease, grace, and flow that comes from inner awareness and alignment and who is out there creating change, building, coding, writing, leading, and disrupting the status quo can make a huge dent in the world. He is also focused on going deeper into his own space of self-directed learning and growth. He is a graduate of Mindvalley University (Been part of the Youth Programs Support Team in Pula, Croatia).
His Life Philosophy has been inspired and guided by the following quote from Neale Donald Watch: "Your life is not about you. Your life is about everyone else whose life you touch and the ways in which you touch it".
