My Experience at Mindvalley University - Part 1

I arrived in Pula on Tuesday 25th June 2019, and soon I reached out the apartment, I began connecting to my flat mates. We introduced one another, and we had a deep conversation. I was living with some beautiful souls, and I was so grateful for this. Before leaving Budapest to Pula, I had many questions in regards with the whole experience, how will be the connection with my flatmates, and so on... But after the conversation we all had, I then understood that having any doubts, fears and worries... is a natural feeling, however these are only limits that I have had putting into my mind.

We, then, headed to the first Mindvalley U social pre-event at the Casino Hub. Over there, I removed another limit, and pushed the barriers of the unknown. We had a practical salsa lesson with the most brilliant salsa teacher. We were all freaking out as It was the first time for all of us, and only because this was literally something new, and most of the time, people want to be in control of everything. At the end of that Salsa Class, my take-away is we should embrace life as it comes, and be opened to new things, experiences, and experiments, and be in the flow.

And then after a couple of practice, we had fun dancing with each other. Moreover, the magic that I witnessed on that day, is the power of deep connections, and deep intentions whose coming from the heart instead of the culturescape. I fell in love with the high level of consciousness that all people (Kids, Teens, and Adults) were capable of released and manifested. I stepped out of the limiting belief that pushed me back from connecting to people because in the back of my head, I had the feeling of people judgment, and of what if... cause by my mental chatter.

The second magic that I witnessed is about the power of breakthrough your own limiting beliefs, and be who you truly are.

"The Power of Breakthrough your own Limiting Beliefs and allow yourself to be your authentic Self"

Do you know that when we hug, touch, or kiss someone, our oxytocin levels increase?

Ranjan Patel a psychologist beautifully said:"Biologically, we are born with the drive to touch. Psychologicsally,we thrive when touched, and spiritually, we grow with it... Without touch, we would have no life on this planet, and without it, we would die as species. Deep in our heart, we are hungry for it, and when we get it, we are joltred into pure sensate feeling."

I have had giving and receiving conscious and warm Hugs at Mindvalley University for a month, and I truly loved it. Now this become part of my daily routine.

Social recognition, forming trust, reducing fear and being generous are all by-products of oxytocin release

With Love & Lights,
